Concerts:

The Hot Diggity Dog Show

I have been performing for kids in the tri-state area for over 15 years. Through the years, I have developed an act that is fun, wholesome and memorable. My Hot Diggity Dog Show is geared to families with young children.

I perform the Hot Diggity Dog Show for:

  • schools (pre schools & elementary)
  • libraries
  • day care centers
  • churches & synagogues
  • malls
  • festivals
  • summer camps

The Hot Diggity Dog Show is very interactive. Kids get to:

  • sing
• dance
• clap
• stomp		   • jump
• twirl
• shout
• tell jokes over the mic		  

Also…

• I sing with my guitar and with recorded tracks

• I tell jokes and funny stories

• I go out into the audience (mic & guitar are wireless) and interact, leading them in a parade (when space allows) and inviting them to tell jokes over the mic

• When the audience is smaller, I bring maracas and other small percussion instruments for them to play

• I use puppets for very young audiences

I teach music classes for children ages 6 months to 6 years. I teach at:

  • private programs

Private Music Lessons:

I teach private lessons in my home studio to children ages 4 years and up. I also teach adults.

Lessons for young children include one main instrument, such as, piano, drums, ukulele, guitar or the recorder. In addition, children play a variety of other instruments, games and activities that teach them the basics of music in a fun and stimulating way. Most young children do not have the stamina, concentration and self-discipline to sit still for 30 minutes, what is generally required to learn a musical instrument. However, they do have the artistic and intellectual capacity to learn musical concepts and basic music skills. Private music lessons with me are fun, creative and inspiring!

Lessons for older kids and adults are traditional...the entire lesson is focused on learning one instrument and music theory. For older kids and adults, I teach the piano, guitar, flute and songwriting.

Birthday Parties:

I love to perform at birthday parties. I will come and play for children ages 1-7. I also play for christenings.

I bring lots of instruments & puppets. Kids get to sing, dance, jump and shout and have a good ol' time with me and my guitar.
